Goal

To strengthen women’s participation in community development by building self-confidence and networks among women, so that they are involved in decision making roles in all levels of community activities.

The purpose of the Strategy is to increase the capacity of MWO staff and members to access and increase their capacity to;

¨      Design, implement and manage effective projects for all MWO activities

¨      Access to education, knowledge and skills

¨      Sustainable Community Development through Agriculture and Renewable Energy

¨      Build awareness and support for advocacy activities
